Troy Noon Optimist Club “Avenue of Flags”
To our “Heart of Troy” Residents and Businesses
The Troy Noon Optimist Club invites you to participate in a patriotic, community service program called the “Avenue of Flags”. This fundraiser helps us support our club and its many activities, including those that support the youth of Troy.
To participate, let us know how many 3’ x 5’ American flags you would like flown in front of your home, or the home of a friend, neighbor or business. The flag will be displayed on the following five national holidays: Memorial Day, Flag Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Veteran’s Day, flying continuously from Memorial Day through Independence Day. We will deliver your flag for display, retrieve it and store it safely for you! Your participation is appreciated! Flag distribution and pick-up for your house may be different than that of your neighbors due to the schedule of our volunteers, so please be patient.
